• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
• Keep your password private; activity on your account is treated as yours.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, reselling scams or attempts to break the store.

We describe every piece — fabric, fit, GSM and print — as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between the photo and the garment is normal and is not a defect.

Drops are produced in limited quantities. Once a size or piece sells out it may not return.

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the page.
• Shipping is charged at checkout where applicable and is shown before you pay.
• We may change prices or run offers at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed.
• If a price or stock level is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the details are incomplete, or we suspect fraud — in each case you are not charged, or you are refunded.

You can pay using the methods offered at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full payment credentials.

• Coupons apply only while valid and only to eligible items.
• Unless stated otherwise, one coupon applies per order.
• Coupons have no cash value and may be withdrawn if misused.

Delivery timelines are covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Reviews, photos and videos you submit must be your own and must relate to the product. Do not post abusive, misleading or infringing content. We moderate submissions and may decline or remove content. By posting, you allow us to display your content on the store alongside the product.

The ZURO name, logo, artwork, prints, graphics, photography, copy and site design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them for your own products or promotion without written permission.

• Do not scrape, overload, probe or attempt to break the store.
• Do not impersonate ZURO or another customer.
• Do not use the store for anything unlawful.

We do our best to keep the store accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL].

We may update these terms as the store changes. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
