ZURO is a direct-to-consumer clothing brand operating from India. For anything related to privacy you can write to us at hello@zuroclothing.in.

• Account details you give us: name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: delivery address, order items, payment method chosen and order status.
• Content you submit: product reviews, review photos or videos, and an optional profile photo.
• Technical data your browser sends: device type, browser, and basic usage of our site so pages load and stay secure.

We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. Payments, where offered, are handled by the payment provider on their own systems.

• To create and manage your ZURO account.
• To process, pack, ship and track your orders.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and updates.
• To publish reviews you choose to submit, after moderation.
• To answer your support requests.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

Profile photos are stored privately. Your photo appears next to your reviews only when you have chosen to show it. You can turn this off at any time from your account settings, and you can ask us to delete uploaded media.

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that make the store work — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and delivery partners who need your address to bring your order. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.

We use browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and store your light or dark theme preference. Blocking these in your browser may break sign-in and checkout.

Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping and account emails — are part of the service and are sent when you place an order or manage your account. Any marketing messages, if we send them, will include a way to opt out.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute resolution. Review media is kept while the review is live.

• Hide or remove your profile photo.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data, subject to records we must retain by law.

Access to customer data is restricted, stored data is protected by database-level access rules, and traffic to the site is encrypted. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

ZURO is not intended for children. If you are a minor, please use the store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy as the store evolves. The effective date at the top will always tell you when it last changed.
